For every licensed real estate agent you refer that joins Summit Realty NorthShore we will pay you $50.00.*

*Payments for qualifying referrals are issued as follows: If the referred real estate agent joins Summit Realty NorthShore, LLC. under our “Start at the Top” Commission Plan (100% Commission for $50 per month office fee, plus $225 per closed transaction), you will receive $50 after 30 days. Summit Realty NorthShore, LLC. offers its agents a 1 Month (30 day) Test Period during which the agent can leave the company with 24/hr notice. Agents have an opportunity to join our team and see if it is right for them. If the referred agent leaves Summit Realty NorthShore, LLC. within the 1 Month Test Period (30 day) you will NOT be paid any referral fee; however, if the referred agent stays (after the 30 day test period expires) Summit Realty NorthShore, LLC. will send you a check for $50. There is no limit to the number of agents you can refer to Summit Realty NorthShore. This offer is subject to change without notice. Additional terms may apply. Void where prohibited by law.
