Junior Sales Representative Program

Listing your home on the MLS through our junior sales representative program is the most effective way to market your home, while still saving thousands of dollars in commissions. Our program combines the best of both worlds; the marketing capabilities and tools a REALTOR® would use to sell your home, with the financial savings of a FSBO. Our program empowers you, the seller, to act basically as your own listing agent.

Typically, as the seller, you would pay a commission to both the listing’s and buyer’s agent. But, with our program the listing agent will not be paid any commissions, and you decide a commission to pay the buyer's agent. If the buyer is not associated with a REALTOR®, there is no commission to pay.


JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE PROGRAM FEATURES:

  • MLS Listing - Get listed on the MLS (MLSNI) with up to 9 pictures. This MLSNI is the 3rd largest MLS in the country and has over 50,000 members. Your property will also appear on the MAP MLS system.
  • Listing on Major Websites - You get listed on Realtor.com, Yahoo, MSN, AOL, ChicagoTribune.com, Netscape, SummitRealtyNorthShore.com as well as many others.   
  • Realtor.com Showcase Listing - Your home is showcased on the #1 real estate website in the world with 9 pictures, descriptive text, yellow headline banner, and preferential posting position. An optional virtual tour can also be posted.
  • Expert Advice - You are assigned a dedicated licensed real estate agent who can answer questions about getting your home listed, pricing, disclosures, and negotiations.
  • Combination Lock Box – You are provided a combination lock box, allowing for showings anytime.
  • Open House Postings - We will post unlimited open houses to the MLS and Realtor.com.
  • Yard Sign - You get a free 2-sided yard sign that you can stick in the ground or affix to a fence.
  • Web Page - We will set up a free web page that will be used to promote your home.
  • PDF Brochure - You get a free PDF brochure that can be used to send to friends via email or distributed.
  • Showing Call Center - By default realtors will be instructed to contact the Centralized Showing Service (CSS). More info available at www.showings.com. An alternative to using CSS is to instruct realtors to “Call owner at (your phone number)”.
  • Lead Forwarding System - This is a unique benefit of listing with Summit Realty NorthShore that helps to insure that you will not miss an important inquiry concerning your home.
  • Sales Contracts and Disclosure Forms - We provide this to you as part of the package.
  • Unlimited Changes - Change your listing as often as necessary for free.
