• Top Commission Plans

• "Start at the Top"
  • This is our 100% commission plan. Agents will receive 100% of all earned commissions for $50 per month office fee, plus $225 per closed transaction. Agents are offered a 1 Month (30 day) Test Period during which the agent will not pay the monthly office fee and can leave the company with 24/hr notice. Agents have an opportunity to join our team and see if it is right for them.
• Standard
  • This is our 75% Agent / 25% Broker commission plan. The agent will pay nothing out of pocket, but will split 25% of all commissions with Summit Realty NorthShore. There are no fees involved with this plan.

• 24/7 Broker Assistance
  • Our agents will always have the ability to communicate directly with the Managing Broker.

• Personal E-mail and Web Page
  • Our agents are provided a personal e-mail address and a personal web page on the Summit Realty NorthShore website.
   

• On-Site Attorney and Mortgage Broker
  • As a convenience to our agents, and their clients, we offer an on-site real estate attorney and mortgage broker.

• Quality Control for All Transactions
  • Every transaction is constantly monitored to ensure accuracy at all steps. A detailed file will be kept to further guarantee everything is where it needs to be.

• Advertising and Signs
  • Summit Realty NorthShore will continuously market and advertise the company through various channels, including print ads, direct mailings, yard signs, and via the internet. Our agents will have the option of using the Summit Realty NorthShore yard signs. A name rider can be attached to the signs for personal promotion. Agents can also choose to create and use their own signs.

• HUD Approved Brokerage
  • Summit Realty NorthShore is a HUD approved real estate brokerage office; enabling our agents to both show and submit purchase contracts on HUD properties.
   
• Leads Provided with No Required Desk Time
  • Leads generated from the company website, marketing campaigns and other sources, will be distributed among all our agents. Agents do not need to be in the office to receive a lead; a randomized order is established for distribution.

• Convenient Office Location
  • Our office is located at 4951 Sherwin Ave.

• Office Will Input Your Listings into MLS
  • Our support personnel will input agent's listings into the MLS, so that agent's time can be used more productively.

• Fax or E-Mail All Documents to the Office
  • No need to make a special trip to the office just to drop off papers, all documents (listing agreements, contracts, disclosures, checks, etc.) can be sent to the office via fax or e-mail.

• Resources Available Online Anytime
  • Our agents will have access to several resources that can be accessed via the internet, anytime. These resources allow our agents to operate their business from any location. Resources include contracts, forms, riders, logos, templates, and much more.

• Electronic Earnest Money Accepted
  • Our agents can call the office with the information from the earnest money check or fax a copy of the check to the office, either way, the money can then be electronically transferred from the client's checking account directly into our escrow account.
   
• Direct Deposit for Commissions Offered
  • Our agents will have the option of receiving their commissions via Direct Deposit or a company check.
   
• Credit/Debit Cards Accepted
  • Summit Realty NorthShore can accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards.

  Freedom Benefits Details

• Agents Negotiate Commissions with Clients
  • Our agents are free to negotiate and charge clients whatever commission rate they see fit. There is no minimum rate.

• Listings Belong to Agent
  • If an agent decides to leave our company, their unsold listings are free to go with them. If there are pending transactions, we will still pay you your full commission after the transaction closes.

• No Minimum Time for Listing Agreements
  • There is no minimum time for a listing agreement.
   
• No Minimum Production
  • Our agents can work as much or as little as they want, it is completely up to the agent. All our agents are considered independent contractors.

• Personal Promotion of Agents Encouraged
  • Our agents are encouraged to promote themselves, not the company. Agents are empowered with the freedom to use marketing tools to help generate business, including making their own signs, business cards, flyers, advertisements, website, etc.
