Our Services
At Summit Realty NorthShore, our principal service consists of the buying and selling of real estate. Our services provide our clients with an extensive network of buyers and sellers through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Our capabilities to network with other brokers, enables us to sell homes faster than our clients could if they tried to market their home without the assistance of a licensed REALTOR®.
In addition, our customers will list their properties with our agency because of our aggressive and highly-skilled sales team. We will continuously have an exceptional sales force able to generate and close both residential and commercial listings.
Summit Realty NorthShore is committed to success in the real estate market and adheres to the strict rules handed down by the Illinois Department of Professional and Financial Regulation and the National Association of REALTORS® (N.A.R.). Buyers will be provided with the following services:
- We match buyers to homes. We have an extensive questionnaire for our buyers to list their wants and needs. We will utilize the supplied information from the questionnaire to find homes matching their criteria.
- We offer a free consultation with our on-site mortgage broker to allow our clients to better determine which homes are right for them.
- We submit their offers and comply with all negotiating for them.

Sellers may be provided with the many of the following services:
- Free CMA (Comparative Market Analysis)
- Interior/exterior photos placed on MLS (Multiple Listing System) and real estate Internet sites. This allows potential buyers to view our seller's property online.
- All listings will be Showcased on realtor.com, maximizing the amount of exposure your property will receive
- Advertising in real estate publications
- We design an attractive pamphlet with all property information, room dimensions, tax information, a letter from the seller, and a complete history of the home for potential buyers to read while viewing the property.
- Attractive yard signs
- New listing e-mails distributed to other broker sites
- Open Houses
- Supra System Computerized Lockboxes (we know when and who entered premises at all times)
- Excellent follow-up system on each showing
- If no activity has occurred within the first month listed, we re-analyze our future marketing procedures with the seller.
